The 18th International Coordination Symposium was held

2024/3/25

On Friday, March 8, the Research Center for Higher Education held the 18th Tokushima University International Coordination Symposium at Park Weston, inviting former international students who are now active in their home countries after studying abroad at Tokushima University to give a lecture on their experiences as international students and their current activities.

The three speakers came all the way from China, Saudi Arabia, and Malaysia to give their talks. They shared their lives as international students, episodes in their laboratories, their current jobs, messages to international students, and words of gratitude to those who have helped them, along with memorable photos.

For the international students currently enrolled at Tokushima University, the firsthand words of the guest speakers who are active in their home countries provided encouraging messages and an opportunity for them to think about their future lives.

After the symposium, a party was held at the same venue to celebrate the graduation and completion of international students at Tokushima University, where speakers and international students deepened exchanges.

The symposium was a great success, attended by many people, including members of the local community.
